Service Description

TrialPulse provides email-based alerts for new and updated clinical trials posted to ClinicalTrials.gov, filtered by your chosen criteria. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions and Billing

• All plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup but not charged until day 15.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Data Accuracy

TrialPulse delivers data sourced directly from ClinicalTrials.gov. While we strive for accurate and timely delivery, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of ClinicalTrials.gov data. TrialPulse is an informational service and should not be used as the sole basis for clinical, regulatory, or investment decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TrialPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including missed trials, delayed alerts, or data inaccuracies.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
