When you subscribe to TrialPulse, we collect:

• Your email address (to deliver alerts)
• Your search profile preferences (disease areas, phase filters, sponsor filters)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number)

How We Use Your Data

We use your information solely to:

• Send you clinical trial alert emails based on your search profile
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Respond to support requests

Data Sources

All clinical trial data comes from ClinicalTrials.gov, a public database maintained by the U.S. National Library of Medicine. We do not collect any patient data or personal health information from trial records.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• SendGrid — email delivery. See Twilio's privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain your email and profile data for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
