Where does the data come from?
All data comes directly from ClinicalTrials.gov via their official API (v2). We do not scrape, modify, or interpret the data — we filter and deliver it. ClinicalTrials.gov is maintained by the National Library of Medicine and is the authoritative source for US clinical trial information.
How often is ClinicalTrials.gov updated?
Sponsors are required to update their studies within 30 days of any significant change. New trials are posted continuously. Our pipeline runs every morning and captures anything posted or updated in the preceding 24 hours.
What filters can I set in my search profile?
You can filter by: disease area / condition keywords (e.g., "NSCLC", "Type 2 Diabetes"), trial phase (Phase 1, 2, 3, 4, or any), sponsor type (Industry only, NIH/government, or all), and recruitment status (Recruiting only, All active, or Any).
How is this different from the ClinicalTrials.gov email alerts?
ClinicalTrials.gov offers a basic RSS/email notification for broad searches, but it lacks phase filtering, sponsor filtering, and the ability to track multiple disease areas with separate profiles. It also doesn't distinguish between new trials and minor updates to existing ones. TrialPulse gives you filtered, actionable intelligence — not raw data dumps.

Is there a free trial?
